Mystical Therapy

Are you seeking a safe space to ask the bigger questions, tune into your intuition and discuss challenges within the context of your spiritual journey? Traditional therapy provides a solid foundation for ethical practice but can sometimes fall short for those on the path of the mystic. I offer virtual therapy for those who feel ready to deep-dive and gain more self awareness so that they are able to tackle challenges from a highly conscious perspective. I also provide psychological assessments for immigration cases. I am licensed to provide these services in Oregon.

My approach is a mixture of evidence based approaches including client-centered therapy, solution focused counseling, psychodynamic theory, narrative therapy, Carl Jung's concept of archetypes and cognitive-behavioral techniques combined with tools such as self-care cards, wisdom oracles, angel numbers, animal symbolism, meditation techniques, energy healing, dream analysis, prayer, and  therapeutic tarot, depending on the clinical relevance. I am trained in Reiki level I & II as well.

Although therapy is not for the faint-hearted, it doesn't always have to be so serious. I like to incorporate inspiration, humor and perspective shifts whenever possible. I may use therapeutic cards for self-reflection about a specific problem or meditation music to help soothe the soul. I encourage my clients to bring comfort aids such as blankets, candles or drinks to their session. Typically, I work with people on a short term basis (2-4 appointments) who may be seeking direction during a difficult change or life transition. nn
